HOW TO RETURN
You have 30 days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase from TasteAmerica.co.uk.
Homegoods And Gifts
The items must have all their labels and be in perfect condition.
All boxed items must be sealed and in original condition
Food And Drink
Due To Foods Safety & Traceability, Food Items Cannot Be Returned
Once supply and traceability conditions are broken, there are a number of factors outside of our control that can affect the quality of a grocery product. Therefore goods such as food and drink cannot be returned.
These are the options for returning your item(s):
Taste America Store
You can return your order at the Taste America Store In Tonbridge free of charge during store hours.
You can return in-store at the Taste America Store In Tonbridge
Remember that you must bring the items you wish to return to the Tonbridge Taste America store within 30 days from the shipping date of your purchase before the return period expires.
Returns of orders placed for delivery from 03.05.2022 onwards can be returned by Royal Mail tracked postage at your cost.
Please ensure you retain the Royal Mail Tracking number as we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit.
Once your order is received by Taste America you will be refunded the purchase cost minus postage if applicable to the original payment method used.
You will have to present the purchase receipt along with the items you wish to return.
You can print it out or show your order number, which you will find by going to your account at https://www.tasteamerica.co.uk/customer/account/login
It is your responsibility to check the tracking information provided at dispatch while your order is in transit.
If you are not available when the delivery is attempted you can arrange a redelivery with the parcel company via the link in your tracking information or collect from your local parcel depot at no charge.
Suppose you are unable to receive your parcel on the delivery date or make arrangements to have it redelivered or collected, and it exceeds the courier's retention period.
In that case, you will be responsible for paying the initial delivery cost and any fees charged to us by the courier for returning the parcel.
Once your order has been returned to us, we will refund your order, minus the initial delivery cost and any return fees we are charged by the delivery company for returning your order.

You can cancel your order that has not been shipped, please call Customer Care on 01732 364342 regarding the cancellation.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Returns: You have the right, except for the excluded items listed below, to return goods and/or faulty goods.
Goods should be returned by you at your expense with your receipt or other proof of purchase to us within 30 days in the original packaging in saleable condition.
Our returns policy extends your right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 which permits the return of most goods ordered online within 14 days of purchase to 28 days.
Exclusions: Goods should be returned at your expense to us within 30 days. Unless of poor quality or faulty, it is not possible to return grocery products, food and drink, baby food and milk, frozen or perishables. CDs, DVDs, audio or visual software where the seal has been broken, newspapers and magazines. In order to obtain a refund, please remember to also return your receipt.
There are a few other items that can’t be returned:

- Personalized items
- Gift Hampers
Refunds: Any refund due will be credited to the original purchaser’s card usually within ten (10) working days however the processing time depends on the exact policies of the payment processor such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Credit Card Merchant Services and is not under our control. If the returned items were part of a promotional offer the amount refunded may be reduced. In no event will you be refunded more than the original amount you paid.
