Quaker Grits Old Fashioned 680g.

They taste great and they're also low in fat and contain no cholesterol making them perfect for a healthy breakfast or as a smooth side dish for any meal.

White Hominy Grits Made From Corn, Niacin (One Of The B Vitamins), Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate (One Of The B Vitamins), Riboflavin (One Of The B Vitamins), Folic Acid (One Of The B Vitamins).
For 1 serving of Grits, use ¼ cup grits, 1 cup water and a dash of salt (optional).
For 4 servings of Grits, use 1 cup grits, 4 cups water and ¼ tsp. of salt (optional).
STOVE TOP
1. Slowly stir grits and salt into briskly boiling water.
2. Reduce heat to low; cover. Cook 15 to 20 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat
TIP: For thicker grits decrease water; for thinner grits increase water.
MICROWAVE
(1 Serving) Quick and Easy!
1. Combine water, grits and salt in 2 cup microwave-safe bowl; stir.
2. Microwave on MEDIUM (50% power) 7 to 10 minutes or until thickened when stirred.
TIP: For thicker grits decrease water; for thinner grits increase water.
