Salt, Paprika, Spices, Garlic, Onion, Monosodium Glutamate, Caramel Colour, Hydrolyzed SOY Protein, Partially Hydrogenated Cottonseed And SOY Oil.
Blackened Fish:
Heat iron skillet over high heat.
Dip fish in melted butter or margarine.
Shake Blackened Seasoning on both sides of filets.
Cook 1 1/2 minutes per side.
For meat or poultry - heat skillet and season as for fish.
Cook until charred.
Ventilate well - will produce intense smoke.
