You Will Need:
For Bar:
3 Tablespoons Butter, Melted + 1 Egg.
For Peanut Butter Filling:
2 Tablespoons Butter, Softened (Not Melted) + 1 Tablespoon Milk.
For Chocolate Frosting:
2 Tablespoons Butter, Softened (Not Melted) + 2 Tablespoons Milk.
Bar Mix, Filling Mix, Frosting Mix.
You Will Need:
For Bar:
3 Tablespoons Butter, Melted + 1 Egg.
For Peanut Butter Filling:
2 Tablespoons Butter, Softened (Not Melted) + 1 Tablespoon Milk.
For Chocolate Frosting:
2 Tablespoons Butter, Softened (Not Melted) + 2 Tablespoons Milk.
Heat oven to 350F for shiny metal or glass pan or 325F for dark or nonstick pan.
Grease bottom of pan with cooking spray or shortening.
Stir Bar Mix, 3 tablespoons melted butter and egg until soft dough forms.
Press evenly in pan.
Bake as directed below or until edges are golden brown.
Cool completely.
For an 8" x 8" pan, bake 19-22 minutes.
For a 9" x 9" pan, bake 15-18 minutes.
For an 11" x 7" pan, bake 17-20 minutes.
Beat Peanut Butter Filling Mix, 2 tablespoons softened butter and 1 tablespoon milk on low speed 30 seconds then on high speed 1 minute.
Spread evenly over cooled bar.
Beat Chocolate Frosting Mix, 2 tablespoons softened butter and milk on low speed 30 seconds then on high speed 1 minute.
Spread evenly over filling.
