1/2 cup sugar. 2-1/4 cups water, divided. 2 egg yolks, beaten.
Stir pudding mix, sugar, 1/4 cup water and egg yolks in medium saucepan.
Stir in remaining water.
Bring to a full boil on medium heat, stirring constantly.
Serve warm or chilled. (Pudding thickens as it cools.).
Makes 6 x 1/2 Cup Servings.
