With increasing Government guidance around how to stay safe, we wanted to keep you up to date with what Taste America is doing as a business to protect you and all of our staff, and show that although we are going through unprecedented times, we are working to keep our staff, delivery partners and your orders safe.

Curbside Pick Up
We have introduced Contactless Curbside Pick Up, just order, select Curbside Collection (free) and pay online, we will send you an email when your order is ready to collect, once you arrive at our Curbside Pickup Area, phone the number on your invoice, one of our staff will bring the order to you or your vehicle.

Contacting Us
Our Customer Service team is set up remotely, they are still available to support you with any queries via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Phone, and Email.

Social Distance
Our warehouse team is working with a 2-meter distancing policy, we have spaced out workstations where your orders are packed and have deployed extra cleaning sessions across all areas of the warehouse.

Safe Deliveries
Our delivery partners Royal Mail And Parcel Force are practicing social distancing when collecting and delivering your order.

Staying Safe
We are working around the clock to make sure all government guidance is being met and going above and beyond for our colleagues to make sure they stay safe.

Whilst we continue to deliver the best American Food products to you at home or work, we will continue to follow any Government guidance and will keep you updated if there are any changes, keeping our customers at the forefront of all that we do.
