About The Brand Weber

Weber was born out of George Stephen Sr's love of Bar-B-Q and entertaining outside.

With outdoor cooking booming in the 1950s George a metal worker cut a buoy in half, added air vents and legs and proceeded to impress friends and neighbours with the taste of his barbecue food.

With demand for his new Kettle Grill, George he was able to buy out Weber Brothers Metalworks where he worked and renamed the company name to Weber-Stephen Products.

With a small team, he would tour the country giving cooking demonstrations on the Weber grills.

Today Weber have expanded their BBQ business to include gas grills, charcoal grills, electric grills and even backyard pizza ovens.

Along with a huge range of accessories, BBQ tools, BBQ marinades, seasonings, and sauces wood pellets.
